The Company

Amy's Kitchen is a Family Business. They make food in much the same way as you do at home. They start out with the freshest, organic vegetables they can find and provide convenient and tasty natural vegetarian meals. 

The Issue

The Californian based Company took possession of the new building in Corby in early December 2011 and required complimentary IT Support in helping get things up and running over the next few months for production to begin. The biggest issue they faced was the time difference with their own IT Department in America, and required a company experienced with not only an IT Enviroment but also from a Manufacturing and Engineering background, that was able to communicate directly with operations in America and the new plant in Corby.

The Solution

Because of Easy2pc's relationships with multiple Manufacturing Companies and a sound Engineering background, we became the natural choice. The Easy2pc team were available onsite and offsite to take direction from operations in America whenever it was required including out of Normal Business Hours and Weekends, in order to install and configure the Production Line Data Cabling, Points, and Servers, and work on all the obstacles with the team at Amys Kitchen to ensure the start of production was seemless. 

The Results

Through great communication and liasoning between different departments, time zones, and countries, Amys Kitchen are up and running and looking forward to a bright future in the UK. We continue to work with Amys Kitchen as they expand their operations.
